LeaderP.R.A.C.T.I.C.E. Coaching™—a complement to the software solution—improves business execution by developing and implementing daily leadership behavior through practice. LeaderPractice helps leaders assess their development needs, achieve lasting behavior change, and automate daily leadership execution.
LeaderPractice increases organizational success by making it easy to:
- Assess leadership development needs and turn them into measurable, actionable behaviors.
- Achieve leadership execution at all levels through deliberate, on-the-job practice.
- Automate business success by unpacking the ‘what’ of leadership, with ‘how’ it gets done.

LeaderPractice is a 3-Step Process:
Organizations don’t achieve great results by merely identifying strategy. They become great by by investing time and resources to grow great leaders, who in turn, will motivate employees to do great things. LeaderPractice helps to bridge the business execution gap by helping leaders assess development needs, achieve lasting behavior change, and automate daily leadership execution to achieve organizational results.
Step 1: Assess Behavior Goals
1The first step is to assess leaders and pinpoint desired behaviors. The LeaderPractice ‘M.O.V.I.E’™ process makes it easy to convert leadership assessment results into behaviors that are measurable, observable, valuable, influenceable, and evaluative. Once the pinpointed behaviors are selected, LeaderPractice supports both intrinsic and extrinsic reinforcers for implementing those behaviors every single day.
Step 2: Achieve Behavior Change
2The second step involves a prescriptive intelligence algorithm which acts as a ‘virtual leadership coach’™, shaping desired leadership behaviors on a daily basis until they become habits. Throughout the shaping process, LeaderPractice monitors leadership behaviors to ensure that a leader is always kept within their optimal ‘learning zone’.
Step 3: Automate Leadership Execution
3The third step involves the analysis and automation of daily performance against organizational results. Reports generated by the system show how the entire community of practice is improving and implementing their leadership behaviors, both over time, and vis-a-vis measurable organizational goals.
